“ Dr. Aguilera has been taking care of my entire family’s vision needs for many years. She is very thorough and professional as is her staff. In July of 2021 they went “Above and Beyond”. My 88 yr old dad was having difficulty seeing 6 months following cataract surgery. After seeing Dr. Aguilera, she sent dad back to the cataract doctor as scar tissue had formed on one eye. At the cataract doctor’s office, my dad’s glasses were misplaced, somewhere between the exam and waiting room while his eyes were dilated. When we checked before leaving, the staff could not find them. For 3 weeks I called the cataract surgeon’s staff and no glasses were ever found. Keep in mind this is an 88 year old man who can’t see without them! So we called Dr. Aguilera’s office who originally filled the eyeglass perscription, and they were right on it! They called the cataract surgeon’s office trying to get them to help cover the glasses. When they were unsuccessful, Dr. Aguilera’s office ordered my dad new glasses, and paid what the guarantee would not cover and shipped them to my dad’s assisted living apartment! It wasn’t even their fault and they went above and beyond to make someone else’s wrong right!!! We are so grateful!!!”
