Two doctors. One standard of care.

Why Spectrum

A practice built around staying with you

Spectrum Vision has cared for families on the Space Coast since 1998. The point of a two-doctor practice is continuity — the same people, the same records, the same standard, visit after visit.

Disease managed here, not referred out

Glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration are followed in-house on measurable intervals. Surgery and sub-specialist input get coordinated only when they are genuinely needed.

Imaging on site

A single-shot 200° OPTOS retinal photo, OCT cross-sections when clinically indicated, and iCare pressure testing — no air puff, no drops.

Contacts for hard-to-fit eyes

Astigmatism, presbyopia, dry eye, and irregular corneas — including post-surgical and keratoconus fits with specialty scleral lenses.

A frame board worth browsing

Ray-Ban, Coach, Guess and more on the wall, with an optician who will tell you honestly which pair suits your face.

What patients say

Neighbors, not case numbers

From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Amy Leonard was absolutely incredible—so knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain everything and made the entire process easy and comfortable. The glasses are perfect, and the difference in my vision is unbelievable. I can finally read clearly again, and I couldn't be happier with the results!

Common questions

Before you book

The things people ask us on the phone most often.

We accept EyeMed, VSP, Spectera, Humana, Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, AvMed, and United Healthcare. If your plan is not on that list, call us at 321-777-1800 — many plans still reimburse out of network.

Eye pressure is measured with iCare — no air puff and no drops. Retinal health is captured with a single-shot 200° OPTOS photo, and an OCT scan is added when it is clinically indicated. Dilation is used only when the doctor needs a view the imaging cannot give.

Yes — same-day emergency eye care is one of the services we offer for red eyes, sudden vision changes, foreign bodies, and injuries. Call the office first at 321-777-1800 so we can triage and get you in.

That is a large part of what we do. We fit astigmatism, presbyopia, dry eye, and irregular corneas — including post-surgical and keratoconus patients — with specialty scleral lenses where a standard soft lens will not work.

Bring your insurance card, a photo ID, your current glasses and/or contact lens boxes, a list of medications, and your completed new-patient forms.
